My team by January:

-Mikel, Kalou & Drogba will be away at the ACN and may not come back (except for Didier, I expect him to stay).

-Essien, Meireles & Lampard will be bench players coming in later in the games or for tactical reasons.

-I see Pato coming in strongly, with Torres either leaving or not getting any playing time.

-Godin will be at Chelsea as an Alex substitution, don't see him minding to be on the Blues bench.

-Jack Rodwell will be a great addition to midfield, with Ramirez they will offer the midfield to much energy and pace.
