The famous 4-1 victory over Benfica in the 1968 European Cup final at Wembley. The likes of George Best and Bobby Charlton demolished the likes of Eusebio and Mario Coluna, a match also remembered for Alex Stepney's brilliant save over the powerful Portuguese striker Eusebio. Bobby Charlton scored a brace, while George Best scored and 19-year old Brian Kidd added another.

It had taken ten years for Matt Busby to rebuild his legendary side after the Munich disaster back in 1958. Bobby Charlton and Bill Foulkes survived the crash and played in the game.
