The team have to adapt to the other team, if you was playing a strong team for example tottenham or manchester united you would have to have a defensive midfield with attackive winger. also Mario Balotelli is a good holding player so he would play infront of Sergio Aguero and hold the ball up and get ready for Aguero arriving in the box.
