This formation is chosen because it switches from defense to attack very quickly.4 defenders that perhaps aren't the biggest but certainly very mobile and there is also a great deal of experience in deffence.We have got 2 good players in the holding part of midfield witch will possibly cut of the supply lines to the other teams frontmen these two players also are creative and can provide good long balls what will be needed to switch quickly from defense to attack.we have a creative player that plays in the middle of the pitch because he is the guy you want on the ball the most to provide chances to the very quick front 3 and can also provide the occasional goal.The wings will easily pass defenders with their pace and provide the striker or any player in the box with quality deliveries,they also provide a goal threat.

The build up of this play will be structured and organized because we can't afford our players at the back out of position incase losing the ball.There will be lots of long passing in the build-up and all this will happen with speed.

We will play a free form in chance creation simply because we have players that are quick and mobile and can beat defenders easily.there will be lots of shooting,passing and crossing so that the players don't dwell on the ball to long and waste time.
