I think this formation could work Alaba should be put to bench not because he hasn't been good but because he can impact with his pace and skills more from the bench.

Kroos to CM because he can work well with Ribery and Lahm and dominate Left side of the game. While Luis Van bommel shields our defenders.


Robben can drift in and Muller can make those darting runs in the box to aid Gomez. before the break we compensated for Schweini with this formation I hope and believe this will work now as well!
