Chelsea's starting formation for their FA Cup fifth round replay against Championship side Birmingham at St Andrew's. It is the first game interim manager Roberto di Matteo will take charge, after the sacking of Andre-Villas Boas after the 1-0 defeat to West Brom on Saturday.
