The 3-5-2 with reverse triangle is unbeatable against a 3-4-3 as there will be more wins on ball control in the middle of the field due to the additional middie. The sweeping midfielder should be able to handle the speed of getting back on defense for break-a-ways.

I cannot wait to use this formation or even the 3-6-1 at OMS to slow the game down. I think it will be important for the players to really know the formations. If we call them out, they should definitely know where to go on the field without hesitation and minimal questions.
