Today could see Manchester City win their first top-flight title since 1968. Simple. They need to beat QPR at the Etihad Stadium and they will be crowned champions. However, if they fail to beat QPR, they need to hope their rivals Manchester United lose to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

City have won all but one of their league games at home this season, and that was a 3-3 draw against Sunderland. The formation was taken from yesterday's Daily Telegraph sport section, and the prediction is: a 5-0 City win. Just 90 minutes lie from the Premier League title now for the Citizens, they don't want to mess it up, especially as they have done extremely well all season. Otherwise it will be a 20th league title for their rivals Manchester United, so City will have to be firm against QPR today in the Premier League finale.
