Lineup (4-1-3-2)

This is the Liverpool team i'm hoping for going into the 2012-2013 season. Other than Tello on the wing this is an experienced that is likely to be fighting for a top 4 place right until the end of the Season. With Skrtel apparently wanting to leave, Jan Vertonghen (Ajax's captain) will be a great replacement but with him looking to be on his way to Spurs Dominguez from Athletico Madrid would be a good alternative. Lucas will be back from his injury and will likely take up that defensive midfield role again but with Gerrard getting on and being so injury prone he will be unlikely to start every game, therefore we need an attacking midfielder (Dembele). Hoping that we get Villas Boas as our next manager I highly hope he brings in Hulk from his former club Porto, he is that winger we hoped Downing would be with his constant threat from crossing and distance shooting. A new manager is in my opinion not going to want Carrol in his team and with Villarreal being relgated to the Liga Adalante, Rossi will undoubtedly want out and Rossi could/will be that 20+ goals a season striker we all want. On that left wing, with us being agmonst the clubs with the young Christian Tello in our eyesight i'm hoping a new manager will some good raw European talent, rather than bringing in someone useless.
