This allows Mata, Torres, Hulk and Hazard to be in the same attacking unit. This also allows Ramires to play with all of those other attacking players. This is the only formation that i can see Mata, Torres, Hulk, Hazard and Ramires playing together. This makes for an extremely attacking team, but the defense will either have to play high, or be on alert at all times. This is very effective as it allows Ramires to carry the attack from the back, it allows the wingers Hulk and Hazard alot of mobility around the wings to work their magic as well. And of course Mata's creative brilliance playing behind Torres, the main man. this also allows Lampard to defend when he needs to, as well as go hunting on the break when needed.
