If we can buy Strootman, Kagawa and a new LB we could do well for the season. We will strength the midfield offensively, which is what united needs most. Defensively we will have the return of Vidic, which we will not have the need for a defensive midfielder just now. Strootman is a box-to-box type who can sit back and using his passing game from deep. Kagawa is our answer to the CAM problem, which he can share with Cleverly(his best position IMO). Obviously we are set on the wings(our best positions) and up top we can use a rotation between the strikers when tired and injury strikes, and even if the CAM's aren't available Rooney can sit in that hole and Welbeck can come in to lead the line. Also if we are forced to sit more defensively in Europe Valencia can sit in as a wide third midfielder to form a 4-3-2-1.
