Was tempted to drop Young, put Milner on the left and play Oxlade-Chamberlain through the middle but I think The Ox isn't quite ready yet. Phil Jones ahead of Johnson as I think he's a bit more direct and more willing to die for England. Despite Wellbeck's finish today I'd also go with Defoe who always gets into the dangerous positions and is experienced. Walcott should be starting XI for sure, he's one of a few that will run in behind.
