This team is looking towards the future. I think it's vital we get our England boys together as soon as possible and try and build a team for the world cup in 2014. Terry, Ferdinand, Johnson, Parker, Gerrard, Lampard, they're too old, they've missed the boat for me.

I'd focus on the younger lads, Cleverley, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Carroll maybe, Milner, Welbeck, Gibbs, Richards, Clyne, Rodwell.
