This is the team and formation I would like to see Liverpool FC have next season. This is aimed more towards the attacking end of football using Andy Carroll as our target man and Luis Suarez + Afellay chipping in with the assists. Gerrard and Sigurdsson will help create play passing between one another looking to release either wingers, whilst Lucas on the other hand will break up play and fill in for either full back that pushes up to help out their following winger, when the ball is with Lucas he will mainly pass between the centre backs and full backs before passing on to either of the two creative mid-fielders. Once the ball is played on it will be repeated throughout the match.
