A fairly realistic formation for next year. Chelsea needs a solid new right back, and Debuchy's performances at Lille and Euro 2012 make him a good fit. Fellaini would bring great skill at the central midfield alongside Lampard, and fit in well with the influx of Belgian players to Chelsea. If hulk's move falls through, Schurrle is a promising young winger at Bayer Leverkusen who would along with Mata and Hazard finish off a very skilled and youthful attack. Just as Roberto Di Matteo plans, a 4-2-3-1 would fit very well with these players, with Hazard being a focal point for playmaking, and strong attacking options in front and behind. With a formation like this, one very plausible for next season, Chelsea could be great contenders for next season's league title.
