This is the team that united should have to compete in europe. Crapshoot of talent especially in midfield where we consistently lack it. Defence is good too although we do need an evra backup. The Martinez signing is debatable, Joao Moutinho or Tiote or even Modric could be signed and this would give us a lot of creativity in the middle, with Carrick cleaning up any mess in midfield. Rafael though also doesn't convince me and if we had Clyne it would be better, IF all the hype is true. The forward line speaks for itself, Rooney is one of the best strikers and we certainly don't need a proven backup as both Welbeck and Hernandez are capable enough to play there. The wings are also debatable, Young and Nani are capable of killing Gaitan off, but they are both inconsistent, and this is why I'm imagining SAF will try a new signing. Him or Rodriguez could be this signing but I'm choosing Gaitan because of experience. Rodriguez is real young and this could lead to some HAZARDous moments for us. Lets hope these are good not bad.
