Lineup (4-2-3-1)

Offensive 4-2-3-1, No traditional Defensive Mid, 2 Interchangeable deeper lying play-makers/passers (Mata+Oscar). Will allow them both to dictate the tempo respectively and look for movement and gaps between the 3 attacking Mids.
With such an attacking lineup, the 3 Attacking mids (hazard,Neymar+Marin) will be able to lose their markers as each of them along with Oscar and Mata are capable of close ball control,distribution and are a threat that needs closing down. This will inevitably open up space for others.
The biggest downside is not having much aerial consistency from goal kicks or loose balls due to most players being tiny. But close ball control, short and fast quick slip passes are the way to go when fielding such an attack.
