Scholes will play more of a holding midfield role, distributing the ball from the centre of the park

Valencia/Nani/Young - playing winger and wide men, bringing the ball in offering speed and attack proess from the wide position.

Kagawa will play a CAM role push foward and floating behind the forwards offering smart through balls and pressure on the defence to commit to him when United are coming foward.

Rooney will play in a more traditional CF role dropping deep to retrieve the ball and also lurching on the top of the box for the crosses.

Van Persie will play a traditonal ST role staying central and high to finish anything off that comes within the 18 yard box
