Goig back to 4 at the back to ensure we are not overloaded when the opposition is on the attack, left and right back are free to roam forward overlapping the midfielders as long as you get back just as fast.

Central mid pairing of lee and nick who both played well last game you need to decide between yourselves who is going to sit and who will venture forward or you can both do same job and back each other up in defence and attack just make sure that you work together and create soace for each other.

Terry and jimmy on the wings will give us the width we use to exploit teams i want to see you both taking defenders on and skinning them as it pulls other defenders across thus opening up space for the forwards.

Tom is playing off dan but from behind 'which we know he likes that way' meaning that the ball into dans feet is essential as tom will naturally make the forward angled runs for dan to pick him out again make sure you talk to each other as adapt a style of play where by you both know each others moves i.e when dan picks up the ball on the left hand side of the box he knows that tom will naturally make an angled run in between the defenders in the gap between the penalty spot and edge of area.

Lads we have had a poor couple of weeks both in terms of performances and distractions off the pitch of which i take most of the blame however going forward lets continue to stay strong and work for each other the one thing which we have stopped doing is having a go at each other on the pitch its fine when we come off the pitch but not when we on there.

Game is gonna be a tough physical match and we cannot underestimate the determinatino of our opponetns who themselves have had some off the pitch distractions with the release of thier manager, lets play how we did against Churchfields and we will be fine.
