Evans, Smalling and Vidic are our most consistent defenders. Buttner and Valencia apopting a 'Wing back' Role....with valencia playing as wide as possible being the main source of crosses.

Jones and Fletcher in a 'Holding' midfield role...fletcher naturally defensive and will always work to win the ball back which allows for Jones to make forward runs and work with Cleverley, Cleverley linking up to Kagawa.

Kagawa working in the 'Hole' playing in van Persie...who is one of the most deadly strikers out there (when fit).

This formation offers an adaptable style of wide play both defensive and attacking and also with kagawa and cleverley a strong narrow attack.
