Cech because he is Chelsea's best goalkeeper. Ivanovic to add strength to the right side. Luiz because he can run and pass, unlike most CBs, so he can bring the attack forward, momentarily switching roles with Mikel if needed. Terry because he is the captain and our best CB. Cole because he can contribute to the attack as well as defend on the left, linking up with Hazard. Mikel to add defensive stability to the midfield, as well as adding a link between defense and attack. Mata, Oscar and Hazard are there because they all are very skillful, technical and tactically aware. They can link up to create chances for the strikers. Torres is there to bring the play from the midfield to the attack, as well as to make runs and one-two passes with the midfielders. Falcao is the main target striker, both linking up with Torres and getting in position for incisive passes and crosses, he will be our main finisher. This also takes some pressure off of Torres to score goals. This could be the best team in Europe, if worked effectively.
