Evans and Rio are a solid pairing at the back. They proved their worth against Madrid in the first leg. Vidic unlikely after 90 minutes vs Norwich on Saturday.

De Gea, Evra, Carrick and RvP for obvious reasons.

Rooney offers a lot defensively as well as attacking wise. He can tackle, pass, shoot with ease and can use his energy to get up and down that left wing, even if it's not his preferred position.

Kagawa is a starter for me, after a hat trick on Saturday, I feel you can't leave the lad out. Offers something extra attacking wise. Granted, he didn't have the most effective leg in the Madrid, but in the first 15 minutes he looked the most likely to score or create a goal.
