I have went with 4 at the back, the balance between them is there for all two see, helveg has seen and beaten some of the best wingers in the world and with the help of sergio concenciao shouldn't have a problem stopping ronaldo. Stam and Nadal is a scary pairing in centre half. Stams pure size is enough to scare any striker, Nadal puts himself about and his physical nature will see Michael Owen crawl into a turtle shell. Mr Reliable at left back cancels out any effect from savecevic.

In my midfield I have Claude Makelele, he made defensive midfield his own, he has spent his career splitting up the greatest of attacks and start up his own, his reading and toughness in the tackle will be more than a match for a declining Maradona. Patrick Vieria is my machine one of the greatest box to box midfielders in the premiership years one of the only midfielders to go toe to toe with roy keane and not look out of place, we see what Yaya toure does now a days but Vieria done it better with more style. Alongside him is arguebly the greatest player ever in premiership history and beyond. His passing, his vision, his creativity, his late runs into the box, his finishing even his heading make Paul scholes a diamond of a midfielder. With makelele and vieria there to do the dirty work it allows Sir Paul Scholes to do what he does best and get diagonal balls wide to Kily Gonzalez and Concenciao and also provide back up to the one man strike force in Alan Shearer. Kily Gonzalez has got crazy speed and power when galloping down that line and his crossing and long range shooting will scare any defence.. When one of those dangerous crosses come in who would you want on the other end other than Alan Shearer? He puts his head where others wouldn't put their feet, he scores with his head right left from long range tap ins penalties and free kicks, the premierships greatest goalscorer, he is as strong as an ox, can help in build up play and is one of the most complete strikers ever.

I just can't see where Annahmoss side will hurt me.. Ronaldo will be cancelled out by helveg and concenciao, his midfield is just too week. And is that backline good enough to stop scholes passing, gonzalez busting runs and who will be able to keep shearer quiet?
