Customized formation, from the start just an experiment. It turned out to function extremely well so I decided to keep going with it.
The players were picked up during a 5-year period. Diarra and López were the first ones to arrive. They turned out to be extremely useful for the team. Diarra is probably the best DCM out there (in FIFA11). The following year Akinfeev and Kaká arrived. I wanted Iniesta at first, but he was too commited to FCB. So I tried Kaká instead and it has worked out wonderfully. The same year I signed Lescott from Man City, wanting a younger defender than Gallas. The third year Milner, Richards and Cahill arrived. The forth year marked the arrival of Robben. A heavy signing saying the least. And then the latest year, year 5, Filipe and Johnson were signed up to refresh the left side.
