The defence and goalkeeper is full of experience, they know what is desired of them to protect the team from conceding.

Cole and Azpilicueta have the license as wing-backs, but mainly should remain as full-backs. If there is space and less attacking threat, they can proceed in to the winger/wide-midfield role to provide more threat on the opposition.

De Rossi, Anchor Man/Deep-lying Playmaker, enables him to fill in the gaps in defence, but also the freedom to move forward in to the final 3rd and play the ball to Mata/Hazard/Lukaku.

Oscar and De Bruyne have the license to move out wide if necessary to provide width, but they can also play centrally, they also have the license to switch during the game.

(both Ramires and Lampard can also fit in this position, too, which is an alternative)

Mata and Hazard, the playmakers, the engines and fuel combined. Counter attack, create and produce. Less defensive role as Oscar and De Bruyne as Mata and Hazard are the main ones to produce attacking threat.

Lukaku is the target man, give him the ball to shoot, set him up. He's capable of it all.
