This is a 4-4-2 formation with Diamond. When you have an attacking RB and LB you can play this tactic perfectly. RB and LB has to be great which you Gokhan Gonul on the right and Kadlec on the left.. they both love to attack and defend good.. 4 midfielders are box to box player except Topal. They have a great stamina. With 4 midfielders you can easly pass the ball and take it towards the forward. With the help of the RB and LB this tactick can be very dangerous to other side.
