Formation to employ the current best players of Fulham and get the best use out of their abilities.

Key points:
- Boateng covers the back 4. Especially Riether, who has the freedom to bomb forward. Other FB (Riise) should play bit more conservatively due to Kaca being in front of him.
- Kasami should make lots of Forward runs. When the team is starting a slow attack, he shold be the one playing ball forward to Ruiz, Berbs, Kaca and Dejagah. He doesn't have to try to make the key pass, just deliver it forward and then join the attack.
- Ruiz acts as Advanced Playmaker, not dropping too deep.
- Wingers keep it wide until the final third (or quarter even), then make runs behind opposition lines. Trying to offer through ball possibilities to Ruiz and Berbs with Kasami.
