Very attacking formation but can quickly and easily be manipulated into a more defensive 4-5-1 formation, providing more protection at the back but keeping the width. Push Toure over to RB, Agger and Cissokho in the centre and bringing Shaqiri back to LB, with Sturridge moving back to cover the LM position. Lucas can play a more defensive midfielder role with Gerrard and Eriksen just in front of him, keeping Coutinho and Sturridge out wide with Suarez alone up front.
