4-3-3 is a good and useful formation because the side players can easily cross it into the striker or pass it around to trick the defence.

Stekelenburg: He is a new goalkeeper but looks to have a bright future, quickly becoming one of the world's greatest keepers. He is tall, strong, dedicated and quick.
Ramos: He is fearless and quick, he's a good passer and can see the field of play which is a great attribute for a defender.
Lucio: Captain of the Brazilian National Team, he's a great defender and can clean up the mess that other players make.
Terry (c): The original captain of Chelsea, he's a great leader and a great defender, he can score off his head in corners and knows how to lead a team to victory.
Lahm: A fast defender, he can also be a play-maker, he can see the field and all the players which helps him make good decisions when passing or running up the line.
Sneijder: A brilliant Midfielder, Sneijder has proved his skills in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, scoring 1 off a header and 1 off a long shot against Brazil in their 2-1 win at the 2nd half to lead them to the semi finals. He's quick and agile and a great crosser.
Lampard: The vice captain of Chelsea, a great long-shotter and a great crosser, he has alot of courage and alot of power in his kicks, he knows what to do and when to do it.
Di Maria: An up-and-coming talented Midfielder/Winger. He is a brilliant play-maker and has magnificent skill and technique. He is quick and agile, making him dangerous to the opposition.
Messi: Known to many as the greatest player in the world. He is the 'heir' to the throne left by Argentina legend Diego Maradona. His speed, technique and ability to manipulate the game at his own pace makes him the ultimate attacking player.
Drogba: An impressive Striker and a born scorer. He is the captain of Cote d'Ivoire which gives him great leadership skills in attack, he is fast, agile and accurate making him extremely dangerous to the opponent.
Ronaldo: An extremely talented player, he is very fast, very agile, has great technique and is the ultimate finisher. His upgrade from Midfielder to Striker has given him both experience and knowledge to beat the defense and take his team to the top.
