The 2 Chelsea men in the back 4 played with each other all season no each other very well, solid partnership.
Gerrard in the holding role protecting the back 4 and feeding Chamberlin and Wilshere who will both have the licence to roam and terror defences, both have the energy to get back aswell and help defend when needed.
The front 2 of rooney and sturridge speak for itself with there form this season..and Danny welbeck joining them in the attack can also play the false 9 role well and links up with Rooney excellently on England duty
