It's a balance on all departments with more freedom for back cm playmaker such as pirlo/veratti with more freedom and attack mindset midfielders such as Raul & siem de Jong assisting by wide wings with dribbling ability to turn inside , typical holding CF and minimum attacking role for the L&R backs who can keep the balance if play against attacking team , young players, would be great changes for milan and taking the team to the future
