we will be playing 4-3-1-2
amoros-nesta-baresi-carlos will be our back 4 ,amoros and carlos will play v.defensively but will make occassional runs,nesta baresi two of greatest cbs ever,romario will be kept quiet by baresi like 1994 wc,our defense is solid and will be hard to broken...
we will play a 3 man mid of makelele-pirlo-yaya,makelele will be playing as dm ,pirlo dlp ,yaya toure b2b , makelele knows zidane well,and he will get help from nesta ,makelele+nesta are more than enough to keep zidane quiet,pirlo will play his natural game and will help out amoros,this would mean it will be 2 (amoros,pirlo ) vs 1 (there lw ) , yaya will make his usuall runs and will be threat for oppenents mids,and will help out carlos to keep their rw quiet this will again be a 2 vs 1 situation,de stefano dropping back in mid would make it 4 vs 3 ,and I expect us to easily win the midfield battle,
they will be playing without a proper dm ,and we have de stefano,messi,yaya who would take full advantage of it ..
they have LOTHAR who played most of his football as a sweeper after 1992 and won't be much effective as midfielder..
stefano-messi-ronaldo will be our attackers ,3 of greatest ever footballers , de stefano will play behind messi-r9 ,de stefano will trouble there defense and play his natural game and will drop back in mid whenever we are off the ball,while messi will play as a SS to r9 will trouble there defense will make his runs , whenever yaya and pirlo go out to help out our fbs,both de stefano and messi will drop back in mid won't leave spaces in mid,while r9 will create his own chances and has messi/stefano behind him to feed
if they ask lothar to mark or help out to keep one of messi/stefano quiet this will be a mistake ,this will leave spaces in mid and one of messi/stefano will show there indiviual brilliance or yaya,pirlo will help them out ,with this i expect us to score
subs if winning 65mins ,
sammer comes on for ronaldo and we will shift to 5-3-2 and this will win the game for us as they have no subs
subs if losing 55mins,
giggs comes on for yaya and we will shift to 4-2-3-1 with giggs and messi as our wingers ,while amoros and carlos will be given license to bomb forward and with this new legs of giggs, this should easily get us a goal
