Kuba and Karol form a double pivot to shield the defense, with Karol working to intercept passes and Kuba looking to recycle possession. Ahead of them, Filip, M, and Kuba operate in the half spaces to connect the defensive and attacking lines. M and Kuba are tasked to press aggressively to win the ball high, while Filip works to find the feet of the striker or carry the ball forward into the final third.

Lech utilizes a lone striker, Dawid, who acts as a pressing centre forward to unsettle the opposition back line. Dawid is required to hold up the ball and wait for the midfielders to push up, creating link-up play between the lines. The wingers in this formation must track back to help the full backs, while also looking to make runs in behind when the team breaks quickly. The attacking movement focuses on creating cutbacks from the byline or through balls to find Dawid in central areas.

This formation offers significant tactical advantages, particularly in its ability to maintain compactness when defending. The double pivot of Kuba and Karol provides a strong screen that protects the center of the pitch, making it difficult for opponents to play through the middle.
