Kika and Serrajordi operate as the two more advanced midfielders, with Kika looking to play through the lines and Serrajordi working to carry the ball forward into the half spaces. This trio works to connect the defense to the attack by controlling the tempo and making sure the team can always find a way to move the ball forward.

Barcelona utilizes three attackers across the front to stretch the defense. Pajor acts as the lone striker and stays central to pin the last defender, often looking to receive the ball with her back to goal and lay it off. Pina plays as an inverted winger on the left, cutting inside to create chances, while Vicky stays wide on the right to deliver crosses.
