F.C. Barcelona Football Formation

This is Barca's trademark formation. I prefer to choose this formation since Barca's football philosophy is to control (dominate) possession of the ball. Dominant possession could be achieved through this formation since more players (6-7 players) would be played in the opponent's field and they would gain back the lost balls quickly by pressing high up the field, like Barca did within the last 4 years. I choose those players to develop the existing real team players of the FC. Barcelona considering their difficulties in facing a team with more players in front of the penalty box (park a bus) to deny Barca's goal scoring chances. Agger would be beneficial especially for challenging high balls from corner kicks and set-pieces. Aguero would be playing as a false 9 and Messi as a false 10, while Bale is beneficial for shooting the ball outside of the penalty box to score goals with his strong and accurate kicks/shoots, as well as his ability to score using his head from accurate crossings by Alves. In addition, I choose those substition players for the same reasons above. They are all versatile players.
